2009 will herald another significant change in the auditing standards, with the publication of the Clarity ISA's.

The initial project was all about making the ISA's easier to understand and follow. However, major rewrites of some ISA's have also been undertaken at the same time. In detail, the course will cover:

Effect of Senior Statutory Auditor role.

Clarification of planning ISA's and changes required.

ISA 600 - reliance on work of another auditor.

ISA 560 - management representations.

o

ISA 315 & 330 on risk.

o

Common problems on audit files.

o

Commentary on recent QAD & ACCA visits.
