For many clients and their advisors, the thought of being the subject of HMRC
scrutiny is devastating. How you, the advisor, handle this, can be the key to
your client's future welfare (financial and otherwise) and to your relationship
with them and HMRC. This
course is aimed at trying to help in practical ways. Every investigation is different
and it is simply not possible to go into every potential issue that is likely
to arise. There are, however, some key areas which can provide some guidance and
the speaker will focus attention on these bringing to bear his experience of over
35 years of dealing with investigations both as a senior Revenue investigator
and a tax partner in a large national practice.
